Vantage Point Global Labs is licensed by the Ministry of Health to manufacture cannabis based medicines at its facility in El Tejar, El Guarco, Cartago, under Resolution MS-DRPIRS-1894-2026, effective 19 August 2026.
No certification claims
We do not claim GMP certification, EU-GMP certification, pharmaceutical certification or compliance with European manufacturing standards. Our supply of flower is EU-GACP certified through our sister company Hybrida Farms.
No health claims
This site makes no therapeutic, health or efficacy claims about any product. Clinical decisions rest with healthcare professionals within the regulatory framework of each country.
No promotion of consumption
Nothing on this site promotes the consumption of cannabis or any derived product. We publish no prices, no sales catalogue and no purchase mechanism.
Availability
Germany, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are described as first export destinations. Products are developed for regulated medical markets, and availability in any market depends on that market's regulatory requirements. We intend to serve Costa Rican patients as soon as the national regulatory framework permits.
Qualified counterparties
Licence details, specifications and testing scope are shared directly with licensed counterparties and regulators under the applicable confidentiality arrangements.
